Classified by Acrylonitrile Content
Low acrylonitrile nitrile Rubber Sheet: The acrylonitrile content is around 15% -29%. This type of rubber sheet has relatively good cold resistance and high elasticity, but slightly weaker oil resistance and chemical corrosion resistance. It is suitable for situations where cold resistance is required and the corrosiveness of the contact medium is not strong.
Acrylonitrile Nitrile Rubber Sheet: Acrylonitrile content is between 30% and 39%. It achieves a good balance between oil resistance, cold resistance, and physical and mechanical properties, and has a wide range of applications. It can be used for general oil resistant components and environments that require certain comprehensive performance.
High acrylonitrile nitrile rubber sheet: Acrylonitrile content is 40% -50% or above. It has excellent oil resistance, chemical resistance, and good heat resistance, but relatively poor cold resistance. Commonly used in environments that come into contact with highly corrosive oils and chemicals, as well as sealing in high-temperature oil environments.
