Waste liquid concentration and solidification technology developed by the Institute of Soil Science of the Chinese Academy of Sciences

Anhui Guoyang Xinyu Paper Co., Ltd. adopted the waste liquid concentration and solidification technology successfully developed by the Nanjing Institute of Soil Science of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and recently turned waste papermaking waste into treasure to produce chemical fertilizer.

For a long time, papermaking wastewater discharge accounted for 10.8% of the total domestic wastewater discharge, ranking first in all types of industrial wastewater, and environmental pollution has become increasingly serious. Through long-term research, researchers from the Nanjing Institute of Soil Science of the Chinese Academy of Sciences found that papermaking wastewater contains a large amount of phosphorus, silicon, trace elements and lignin carbonic acid. Since 2002, the Institute's researchers have begun to develop and use the waste paper to produce fertilizer technology. After more than three years of unremitting efforts, it has finally succeeded.
