The general process flow of the technology is that after comprehensive pretreatment of the integrated waste water, the integrated wastewater is integrated into the comprehensive tank for further treatment. After the precipitant is added, the clear water is raised to the membrane recovery system, and 85% of the water is separated and used for production. 15% concentrated water is treated with special chemical methods. The technology can not only reuse the heavy metal chromium in the plating tank, but also return the water resources to the rinsing tank, which has the dual effects of economic benefits and environmental protection.
According to incomplete statistics, there are about 15,000 chemical electroplating plants in China, and 400 million tons of waste water and other pollutants containing heavy metals will be discharged each year. Membrane recovery technology, as an emerging processing technology, overcomes the disadvantages of traditional chemical methods such as high cost and easy waste of resources and secondary pollution. The self-developed electroplating wastewater recycling technology organically combines existing chemical methods, membrane separation technology, vacuum evaporation, and biochemical methods, increasing the metal ion recovery rate from 95% to 99%, and the water recovery rate. From the original 80% to 85%, the concentration of metal ions increased from 100 times to 300 times.

Closed Die Forging Parts
