The comprehensive recovery sample of tailings is H001 (poor ore sample). As shown in Table 1, the elements available for recovery in H-001 are lead: 0.50%, sulfur: 4.53%, and iron: 7.39%. Lead and sulfur can be floated well, and it is more suitable to use flotation. Flotation tailings are iron.
The recycling process is: lead, sulfur mixed, two fine, lead and sulfur separation, two sweeps, sweeping tailings magnetic separation, closed circuit test. The process is shown in the figure.

Experimental results: lead concentrate grade 54.50%, lead recovery rate 68.0%, sulfur concentrate grade 48.94%, sulfur recovery rate 76.91%, iron concentrate grade 68.55%, iron recovery rate 25.54%. Three qualified products are available using this process. The annual profit can be about 4 million yuan.
