Summary of the main work contents of the installation of mechanical equipment

1. Check the equipment out of the box

2. Basic laying-out (embedded central target and reference point) Based on the equipment layout and measurement control network, determine the baseline and reference point for equipment installation. The permanent elevation reference point should be buried next to the main equipment, so that there is a reliable basis for installation and construction and maintenance after production.

3. Horn setting By adjusting the thickness of the horn, the equipment can be installed to the level and height of the design requirements, and the weight of the equipment can be evenly transferred to the foundation through the horn, increasing the stability of the equipment.

The horn group should meet the following requirements:

(1) The contact between the horn and the equipment foundation is good.

(2) There should be at least one set of horns beside each anchor bolt, and be placed near the anchor bolts and the main stress part of the base.

(3) There shall be a set of horns on each side of the equipment base where there are seams.

(4) The distance between two adjacent horns should be 500-1000mm.

(5) The number of blocks in each horn group should not exceed 5 pieces. When placing flat horn, the thickness should be placed below, and the thin one should be placed in the middle. The thickness of the horn should not be less than 2mm.

(6) Each horn group should be placed neatly and smoothly with good contact. After the equipment is leveled, each horn should be compacted.

(7) After the equipment is leveled, the end face of the horn should expose the outer edge of the bottom surface of the device; the flat horn should expose 10 to 30 mm; the inclined horn should expose 10 to 50 mm. The length of the horn set extending into the bottom surface of the equipment base should exceed the center of the equipment anchor bolt.

(8) In addition to the cast iron horn, after the equipment is adjusted, the horns are fixed by welding.
