The gears used for driving under various load qualities must be raised from low to high, and the gears must be run in. The common gears must be run-in.
2, control the speed. The maximum speed of general agricultural vehicles should not exceed 40km/h, and the speed limit device must not be removed at the same time.
3, control the engine work greenhouse. When the agricultural vehicle is running in the winter, the engine should be preheated to above 40oC before starting. During driving, the temperature of the cooling water should always be kept in the range of 75~95oC.
4, choose high-quality fuel and lubricants. During the running-in of agricultural vehicles, diesel with high cetane number and low viscosity, good quality lubricant should be used to improve the lubrication conditions of various parts and to prevent the engine from working rough.
5, choose a good road. Agricultural vehicles should not run on poor roads during the break-in period, and should not climb over steep slopes to reduce the vibration and impact of mechanical parts and prevent excessive load.
6, do not start the engine and stop the throttle when it is parked, starting, accelerating should be gentle, shift should be timely, try not to emergency brake.
7. Strict implementation of maintenance regulations during the run-in period. In order to ensure the quality of running-in, before the start of running-in, the entire vehicle should be cleaned, and the various parts of lubricant, grease and special fluid should be inspected and replenished to check the fasteners of each part. After driving for 500km, clean the engine lubrication system and the chassis gearbox and replace the lubricant; add lubricant to the entire vehicle lubrication point, check the brake performance and the technical condition of the piping and fasteners of each department, and tighten as necessary. Solid and adjustment; tightly fix the cylinder head and the bolts and nuts of the intake and exhaust pipes, check and adjust the valve clearance. After the completion of the run-in period, it is necessary to combine the key points of maintenance, to perform cleaning and oil change of the engine lubrication system, transmission, and differential hub, to release sediment from the fuel tank, to clean the filters, and to adjust or remove the limitations of the engine.
