Description:
Comparing with conventional tubing pump, ours has better performance in corrosion resistance & anti-friction aspect. Plunger of it is nickel plated on alloy base, inside wall of barrel is plated with hard cadmium, key parts, such as valve hood, valve ball, are made of materials with excellent mechanical performance and corrosion resistant property. Compared with conventional pump, the series of pump has a longer working life.

Working Principle:

Plunger move from bottom to top in virtue of fluid pressure from top tube. Top and bottom traveling valve close. When stroke begins oil flow through inflow valve as different pressure, then oil flow in barrel through standing valve

Down-stroke oil-fluid pressure drive traving-valve, oil-fluid flow in tube thongh inner hole from bottom of plunger to top of plunger


Machinery Peculiarity:

This pump is include of pump tubing, plunger, coupling-extension, standing valve, the plastics hermetic device (the upper one) and the machinery hermetic device(the nether one). We can get one from two devices above.
