1.High hoisting speed>=30m/min ;
2.declind speed>=40m/min;
3.When grab hoisting, the cable drum can tight the cable at the same time (with some space emergence);
 
4.when grab decline,the cable drum can put out the cable ,which can go down with the grab.It can protect the cable in some degree.
