JZL-80 Double Screw ExtruderINTRODUCTION:This machine is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food industries. The mixed wet material is pressed by double screw of extruder and finally becomes qualified granules. The length of granules can be changed by choose different shutoff device. After drying, the granules will become all kinds of products, such as chicken granule flavoring , various electuaries and chemical products, etc.

WORKING PRINCIPLE:Motor power is transmitted by the triangle wheel to the gear box in the host, and distributed the power by the transmission parts in the gear box. Adding raw material into feeding hole, the material is pressed by double screws and forced onto granulating template. After mixing, the material is crowded into the feed chute and forced outward extrusion by special paddle. When the material is crowded into the gap between paddle and screen mesh, the blade will cut it into fixed-length. Finally the granules will be made of qualified products.
