When the entire vehicle runs in 2000Km (for 15 days), it is required to perform the first-time guarantee according to the requirements of the “Guarantee Service Manualâ€. Clean the inner cavity and replace the new gear oil (free maintenance can be provided to the nearest FAW service station), thoroughly clean the net impurities, check whether the various fasteners are loose, and re-tighten, check whether the joint surface and the oil seal leak. .
Fourth , the maintenance of the ventilation plug
The vent plug can maintain the balance of air pressure inside and outside the gearbox, avoiding the clogging of the vent hole, causing the internal pressure to increase, causing the transmission to leak oil or damage the seal. It is therefore very important to keep the vent plug clean and unobstructed. Always check the ventilation of the ventilation plug, if any contaminated, should be promptly cleaned.
Special Note: Every time you change the oil, you must clean the dirt and impurities on the drain plug (filter)! Some gearboxes require that 20,000 kilometers be filled with lubricant, and 100,000 kilometers should be replaced. Follow the instructions for maintenance. In addition, the front axle bearing of the transmission should be greased around 8000km.
Fifth , after the maintenance of the warranty
After the first guarantee, carry out maintenance every 10000Km (travel interval) and replace all gear oils. Clean the net oil and plug the impurities on the magnet (filter). Periodically check the oil level. When checking, the truck crane should be parked on a level road surface. After the oil temperature is stable, unscrew the oil filling plug. If the oil level is lower than the lower edge of the oil filling hole, add fuel to overflow from the oil filling hole.
