Ultra-high temperature rapid liquid butterfly valve developed successfully patented

According to the company's chief engineer, Li Baosheng, the ultra-high temperature rapid liquid butterfly valve is the key localization special valve for catalytic devices. Its operating conditions and manufacturing difficulties far exceed those of ordinary valves, and it has been relying on imports for many years. There are also several valve factories in China that are trying to develop this product. However, they have adopted a three-eccentric structure and cannot overcome the jamming phenomenon caused by the high-temperature thermal expansion of the butterfly plate. There are hidden safety problems and all of them end in failure.

To this end, Zhejiang Petrochemical Valve Co., Ltd. after repeated studies and many tests, finally successfully developed. The main innovations of this product are: First, five-link yaw drive mechanism; second, quick shut-off function design; third, guarantee of flow adjustment accuracy; and reasonable material selection, not only novel and unique structure, but also economical. The application of more than 20 large-scale petrochemical enterprises in the country has achieved good results and a promising prospect.
