In order to further promote the development of industrial energy-saving service industry, with the support of the Department of Energy Conservation and Comprehensive Utilization, the Ministry of International Economic and Technical Cooperation and the relevant energy-saving service enterprises initiated the establishment of the China Industrial Energy-Saving Service Industry Alliance, which was held in Beijing on December 19, 2015. The inaugural meeting was held and the 2015 Industrial Energy Saving Service Industry Development Seminar was held. Nearly 100 representatives from energy-saving service companies, research institutes, financial institutions, law firms, and industry organizations attended the meeting. The meeting reviewed and approved the "Articles of Association" and elected the first board of the Union. Gao Yunhu, Director of the Department of Energy Conservation and Comprehensive Utilization, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.
Gao Yunhu pointed out in his speech that the industrial energy-saving service industry is an important part of the energy-saving and environmental protection industry. Relying on the manufacturing industry and promoting the green development of the manufacturing industry, the current industrial economy is facing the task of “stable growth, structural adjustment, and efficiency improvement†and green treatment. Under the background of transformation, the establishment of industrial energy-saving service industry alliance, in line with the development of energy-saving service industry, is in line with the direction of energy-saving and environmental protection industry and industrial green development. Gao Yunhu hopes that the majority of alliance members will recognize the situation, enhance development confidence, grasp the direction of development, give full play to the role of alliance bridges, professional services, and industry self-discipline, focus on the key tasks of industrial green development, strive for entrepreneurial innovation, and develop industrial energy-saving service industries. Make new contributions.
After the establishment ceremony of the alliance, relevant experts spoke separately to exchange and discuss the macroeconomic situation of the energy conservation service industry, legal risk prevention, technological innovation, and financial cooperation.
