The pe film washing production line has features as high efficiency, working stable, low humidity content(less than 5%).

2.Function of PP Non-woven fabric recycling washing machine:
  1. Belt conveyor:conveying or transporting dirty plastic films into crusher.If too much scrap iron,metal detector may be needed.
  2. Plastic shredder:cutting or shearing type:cutting jumbo film or bag into small pieces
  3. Belt conveyor(2 sets):conveying or transporting dirty crushed material into next device.
  4. Floating washer tank:clean the dirty on the surface of film scraps
  5. Crusher:Crush the material into smaller pieces.
  6. High speed friction washer:with very high speed, it helps washing the scraps to be more cleaner. 
  7. Squeezer: the same function like dewatering machine. The moisture of final product is less than 5%.
